What Is Inner Child Healing?
Inner child healing is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals connect with and heal the emotional wounds of their childhood. It allows you to nurture your younger self, release emotional baggage, and regain a sense of innocence and joy.
About Dr. Judy Ho
Dr. Judy Ho is a licensed and triple board certified clinical and forensic neuropsychologist.
What to Expect in This Guided Visualization Exercise:
In this video, Dr. Ho will lead you through an exercise that ecourages you to revisit happy times in your childhood as a way to connect with your inner child.

I have naturally gravitated towards the memories of the time in childhood that I felt happy. It helped me through tough times but many people have challenged me doing so. Nice to know it’s an inner child work.

I felt at odds with what the speaker had to say. I was hearing a continuing of over talking, and repeating of sentences that offered no structured plan to the writing exercise. Just 2 or 3 concise points to write about with the end goal being self awareness- would lend direction.
