We all have an inner companion. You might think of this companion as a best friend that is always within us. Every time you come to your meditation practice, this inner companion, is with you. This inner companion is your breath, and it has an immense wisdom about you and your needs if you choose to connect and listen. It connects your body and mind for nourishment and healing.
Tonight, as you drift easily to sleep, and while you sleep soundly throughout the night, build a sense of safety, connect with your inner companion, and experience happiness and contentment.

I love this, I cannot sleep without Sara Raymond's meditation 's neither can my sweet sensitive dog Charlie. I got my sister into Sara amazing meditations too. They lull her to sleep she says. Thank u Sara .you 💕 bring me such peace

I have been meditating with you for awhile now. Your voice is so soothing that my puppy lays on the pillow next to my phone while I am listening. He sleeps close to the phone to hear your voice. Thank you for helping me relax and find peace and safety before sleep.

After listening to Les talk about how you record these in a closet it's all I can think about 😂. But seriously these are great and your voice creates a safe and calm space to fall asleep.

How cool. My closet is where I go to my Prayer Warrior Room to sit against wall grounded...Meditate Be Still Pray Read Bible Journal and Listen to Sara's Meditations relaxed on floor pillow❤

You are perfect and teach all who listen so much about their bodies, their life, their emotions and how important it is to just love and accept them and let them go so they don't continue to have power over us and continually upset our lives each time they are triggered. I have shared your meditations with everyone for years now as they were helping me heal. I have recommended you to dog groups as part of healing their dog's as invariably their dog's being so intuitive are often reflecting their owners issues and laying with their dog when they listen can really heal both parties! It's awesome that children, whole familes can listen together o create harmony and understanding that otherwise would likely be impossible. Your efforts are definitely helping heal the world, it is so good to go to bed and choose the meditation that feels right to continue learning and spreading love❤ throughout the world. I’ve been a subscriber for years…I have severe emphysema. I get so frustrated that I can’t do some of the breathing techniques you mention…still love “ clear the clutter”…that meditation made a big difference in my life

Jphb, would you be open to visualizing the ailment leaving as you take each breath? You have the power to heal your body. Acknowledging the emphysema and asking it why it's there might be helpful. How does that make you feel that it's there? When was the first time you remember feeling that way? What is this symptom telling you about your body? Get to the root. Then with unconditional love for yourself aknowledge and remove all spiritual and physical ailments from your past and present self. Energy work that gets to the root can be extremely helpful. I've found that asking for guidance to remove all fear and forgiving myself goes a long way. 🙏♥️

I'm dealing with my own ailments as well so I love getting to that space of unconditional love healing all trauma and physical manifestations of things that come up to be healed or released.

i always love listening to your meditations as I fall asleep, and when I can, first thing in the morning as well! I’ve heard a lot about shadow work and I was hoping that you could maybe produce a meditation focused on shadow work. either way, i love your channel so much :)

Maam my mind is always block cant think anything clearly, thoughts dont come spontaneously,so difficuily in communication...in my study,,taking decision,is there Ny solution please help maam...sometimes i m so broken and helpless without any reason and thinking of suicide

I would begin by knowing without a doubt that you are manifesting all that you believe. Dig into bodily or spiritual issues and ask why they are there. When you are ready to heal, know that those things have to be gone if you decide it. 🙏 Give yourself permission to be in charge of you. ♥️
