i wonder if you drop sludge bomb for return, unless you're hoping to catch celebi hard switching into a poison type with an unknown set i don't see what value sludge provides with how easy it is to switch into, and with the silk scarf return hits decently hard. also i think focus punch is a lot more useful than memento unless you're running HO, so i'd do silk scarf explosion, return, focus punch, curse, then maybe use pursuit tar and run some kind of boom spam physical offense with last mon suicune

Thunder being pressure stalled is why I switched over to Thunderbolt. Never para against Suicune, never full para, miss more than hits... Maybe put a pursuit Tar somewhere, it'd help a lot with Aero, Gengar, even Snorlax with sand etc.
