ooo, mesh to terrain is pretty cool!
@SpeedTutor2 ай бұрын
Something you'd find pretty useful?
@MikeCore2 ай бұрын
@@SpeedTutor For sure! It'd make for a good way of having a backup when unity terrain doesn't go as planned at least you'll have the original mesh! and I'd much rather use blender for the terrain, but I can't knock the efficiency and optimization unity terrain brings + all the brushes for painting meshes. So this seems to just make that a win win!

Hey There! Thanks for making this! One doubt, Can we use these Unity assets in other game engines too like importing stuff? I'm a newbie and I wanna know if we can.
@SpeedTutorАй бұрын
Yes, as long as you're not using any official game engine specific items from the companies as they have specific rules on those.

@@SpeedTutor Gosh! I missed those assets. Didn't know it was ending soon. Is there any way I can get the bundle from other source with comparatively same price? Thanks for the info though

Matt, I want someone to explain deferred, forward and forward+. And which one to use especially for 2D URP ?
@SpeedTutor2 ай бұрын
I'd probably say forward or forward+. As deferred was often used so you could have more per pixel lighting. As in, for example - Have more light sources, point lights, spotlights and such. As I think forward is restricted to 8 lights, but then again - You'd want to be careful on mobile anyway :) Forward+ does let you use additional lights as it's fairly new.

what do i do when one unity package asset uses built-in rp and another uses URP? they both cant be compatible in one rp?
@SpeedTutor2 ай бұрын
That really depends on the type of package, if it's just models and textures it would upgrade to URP pretty easily but shaders. That's more of an issue. There is no good solution for that, honestly.
