It referenced fake lawsuits, an opinion from a judge that didn't exist, and generally got the lawyers ridiculed by everyone once they were finally forced to admit it. Funny story. So during Muta's podcast "Some Ordinary Podcast", they were talking about the mamamax situation with Nexpo. During the heated moment where they found out Mamamax was going to sue Muta for breaking their "NDA", Muta went to his lawyer and during the whole investigation, he asked his lawyer that, "If the time ever comes, will you stand at court against a ChatGPT lawyer?" I do have to say something about the Spencer thing posted on Reddit. Just because someone is determined to not be disabled, it doesn't mean they aren't. ~70% of disability applications are denied the first time they apply in America. Especially if you're younger, they hold age against you heavily. I'm in my early 30s and suffer from a couple autoimmune diseases among other issues and I was denied this year. Am now working with a lawyer who assists with disability applications to appeal. Doesn't mean they weren't lying (they probably were lol) but I just wanted to throw that info out there anyways just to inform some who might not know.

Honestly, Spencer's story reminds me of the type of groups that would show up on about any messaging app that allowed you to make public groupchats- which were Roleplayers. Back then, people used to become their niche little groups known as families as in- some person is a fatherly figure and so on. What I think the friend meant towards fanfiction might've actually been roleplay that Spencer has been trying to explain as if it was a real thing that happened- because as someone who was a roleplayer and preyed upon, these "families" were often all you had to socialize with online and for some people; even real life, so it honestly felt real even if it were all just written correspondences between people.

Foster care case worker here, Not entirely certain how much different it is in in other states, but being a Court Appointed Special Advocate Is something that is done on a purely volunteer basis, and the CASA workers have little to no actual legal power. Pretty much all you are doing as a CASA Is speaking with the children in an open foster care placement case, and writing a court report for permanency hearings in which you Make recommendations in the child's best interest/ based on the child 's wants depending on the case. All of this to say that he doesn't really have all that much legal power in these cases. The CASA report usually has significantly less influence on the proceedings of the foster care case, especially against the report filed by the case worker/agency, and the recommendations of the state's attorney and guardian ad litem. Not at all to discredit the fact that he's 100% just doing this to build his resume, but I would not worry about him having any real power or effect in this role.
