@@BlisaBLisa could be. When he mentioned psychosis my mind went to a mania state I had before starting my bipolar meds and tbh, the pattern is there. I have it written in my sketchbook, together with hexagons, many hexagons. His eyes are also suspicious, they're wide and so reminiscent of a manic state. For me it's also the way he talks with that smile and confidence. He is scrambling for ways to piece together something that can't be, but in his mind it makes sense. Also, me, predominantly an artist, I wanted to go study robotics in my manic state, believing I will bring the apocalypse by creating androids and giving them free will. My art was not fine. I didn't make correct research into anything I wanted to do but I believed that I can easily achieve it. This situation reeks of mania to me once I realized it could be a possibility.

Him trying to say that he's doing this to save children isn't him actually caring about CSA victims, or the things they go through both during and after abuse. He's only making this shift back into children because he knows that noone will disagree with "CSA is bad and p/dos should be punished". He's purposefully trying to make himself look more innocent and agreeable to other people. Mutahar nailed it right on the head when he said that max doesn't actually care. It's literally all clout. Absolutely disgusting
@flannyfizzle94022 ай бұрын
I still think MamaMax had an inappropriate relationship with Spencer. That’s why he pushed her story so hard despite inconsistencies and lack of evidence.
@SamuraiSilverhand2 ай бұрын
He absolutely did no doubt. Inviting Spencer to live with and become financially dependent on him irregardless of sexual intent is wildly inappropriate.
@insertnamehere8012 ай бұрын
That's honestly an extremely plausible theory. The only thing is that I feel like they're too... for lack of better terms, stupid to not have accidentally said that at some point. Like in the interview with muta and deorio. Just given that he leaked so much unintentionally over the course of this saga, like that some of his videos were fake and dozens of huge lies he's pushed

It was something I often wondered too as to why he would be so determined to get Spencer money and she was living with him and all that stuff going on. He didn't have other people living with him or trying to get them set up to earn an income and such. I always had that feeling too that Max and Spencer were in a relationship. I very much agree with you.

As someone that deals with paranoia I feel like his statement about mass psychosis wasn't directed towards everyone, but instead people with paranoia. Those are his targets. And victims of abuse/csa (who were his biggest supporters) have a higher chance of dealing with such things. He honestly comes off as dangerous and knowing what to say to get those in vulnerable positions on his side. He moves like an egotistical cult leader.

Im almost positive the only reason he took on this case because of how many of the claims against Camden mirror the accusations against himself from his exes. By “winning” this case and bringing justice to these victims, he would forever have a shield against his own behavior and past by pulling a “well why would I ever do something like that if I saved these people from someone who did that same thing to his victims?”
@lemonywater29792 ай бұрын
As someone with paranoia, that just made me burst out laughing when he said that. Some things are just too ridiculous to believe.
@messengerpigeon64722 ай бұрын
@@mrselfdestruct7605 definitely a big reason. Some of the most dangerous kinds of abusers because they treat everyone on the outside so good it makes those people not believe the victims. Which is also why I know he's not dealing with paranoia/psychosis himself. You can't just turn that on and off depending on who's around.

A reddit post was submitted to the r/mamamaxdiscussion mod team by a user who has been confirmed to be someone who’s known Spencer since she was 15, & has spoken with her post Mamamax fallout - basically lays out everything and concludes this is a combination of Spencer’s unresolved trauma and roleplay gone too far. It’s mostly embellished and she has a very large victim mentality to the point where she cannot keep up with the volume of outrageous stories she’s told and may even believe them herself. Max saw her story as a huge payout while she was trying to leech off of him, basically they were using each other. Now since she can’t get what she needs out of him so she’s trying to head to Garland, possibly to leech off of someone else.
@dragonlord07842 ай бұрын
not surprised she's a leech. she's a chronic liar, all her stories are filled with more holes than swiss cheese, and she threw every other victim of camden under the bus and ruined their chances of having justice by squandering the investigation so badly that all evidence that they *did* have are pretty much rendered un-admissable in court
@MSinistrari2 ай бұрын
That makes sense.
@elizabethwoodley43402 ай бұрын
That makes a lot of sense. Unfortunately I’ve met through my job some people who are real victims of trauma but later tell stories that are either lies or huge embellishments of the truth. Sometimes they come to believe their stories as the truth. Or even if they know they’re lying, they also know that they are victims and think they deserve all the sympathy they get. So they don’t act like many liars do- they show the right emotions to be believable, but can’t keep their stories straight. It’s sad.

I hate this so, so much. I’m an actual child abuse survivor (physical violence from mother and brother) and was SA’d by a family friend at 16 (mothers friend, she didn’t care and blamed me) and I cannot for the life of me understand why someone would ever try and make a grift from this, why’d they’d WANT to be a victim in the first place! I have permanent nerve damage and PTSD from my extremely volatile childhood, escaped at 18 with a young persons charity, legally changed my surname, have been on PTSD meds since around 18 as well, gone through a LOT of therapy to unlearn a lot of abnormal behaviours (basically what is/is not acceptable in society because my idea of normality was messed up), like I’m 33 now and living in constant pain with my nerve damage that’s left me mostly bedridden, struggle with my PTSD a lot and am constantly battling my own brain on a daily basis to try and have a positive outlook on life… WHY would you WANT any of that?!? Trying to live a normal, peaceful life has been an enormous amount of work, battling your brain every single day because of flashbacks/trauma/PTSD depressive episodes… why would you ever wanna identify as a victim in the first place?!? Like I don’t get it, at all!

'chatgpt understands the legal system' chatgpt doesn't 'understand' anything. A LLM is a prediction model; at best it's betting what words go after other words, at worst it's a bullshit generator. It doesn't think, it's not sentient, it doesn't know anything. This is why it can make a poem about burgers but struggles to do basic math, because whereas we as humans assign context to things like "5" it doesn't. "5" and "hamburger" are just empty words that it assigns values to in order to guess what comes next. This is actually why image generators struggle with fingers; because we as people see things as intrinsic (if you say draw a person we'd all assume that a person has four limbs one head and five digits on each limb), we don't tag data with things like 'five fingers' 'two eyes' 'two ears.' So it literally has no idea what makes up a human. Because 'ai' does not possess an 'i' that we imagine it does. It's a bullshit generator. So don't try using it for anything important, such as legal matters.
@emstink2 ай бұрын
I find ChatGPT can't really even do poems that well. If you ask it to generate one completely randomly then it can do it, but if you give it any guidelines? Ask for an ABBA rhyming structure with iambic pentameter where the first A rhymes with 'blow' any human can do that. But ChatGPT can't, for some reason it doesn't understand syllable counts (always goes over or under), it doesn't understand rhyming (tried to rhyme 'certain' with 'blow'), it doesn't even understand basic rhyming schemes that 6 year olds know.

@hubguy2 ай бұрын
Another key thing is it doesn't understand details like we do. Its only job is to do what we tell it to. It's any other program where it'll do exactly that regardless of quality. That's why there was a lawyer who got heavily sanctioned for using GPT to find court cases and ened up with nonexistent ones. GPT doesn't understand how to do deep searches and look for little details that would pertain to the law. It just answers the question. And in that case, answering the question was inventing cases that could be used. Neither is it capable of telling them "sorry, I couldn't find any such cases" cause then it wouldn't do its job and would be useless
