So your little "mind palace" is going to be hard to explore if you're dead prematurely. Also there's plenty of time during the day to be highly productive without living on 4 hours of sleep a night. Also you sound like a nerd calling people brokies. You sound like the type of person that spends all your time being "productive" and yet has no idea how to enjoy life and have friends lol. @@nathangaspacio6128this "mind palace" stuff just sounds like another form of meditation. What about 5am and 20 minutes of vipassana meditation? Is that right or wrong?
@nathangaspacio6128 Жыл бұрын
@@queball685 I think calling it a mind palace and saying it overloads your brain with dopamine is a little nuts. I respect people who get up at 6am and do brief meditation because it is helpful and takes discipline, I dont respect people who get up at 4am and enter a mind palace. It isn't that I wouldn't respect them at all, but I wouldn't afford them respect just because they do this. Everyone is entitled to live their own life but unless they start work at like 7am I'm not impressed by people getting up 5 hours before work, especially if they go to bed at midnight. If they're going to the gym for 2 hours before work I could understand someone getting up at 5am as long as they get proper sleep. I don't know what vipassana meditation is but it doesn't sounds like any other normal form of meditation and 20 minutes is what I would consider a standardly long, but not extreme, time for a morning meditation.

For normal people this is his daily routine explained: He gets up at 4am after sleeping 5 hours without feeling sleep deprived at all, He is then fully awake to listen to a book at double speed just so he can brag about how many books he's read but probably doesn't remember 95% of what he read because is 4am, and he only had 5 hours of sleep, and the books at double speed. His wife is then on the treadmill with him at 4.20am but the real question is does she have a say in the matter....? They then sit down and meditate and "align the pharmacy of their mind" for an hour, which basically means they sit on the floor and say nothing for an hour with yoga music in the background. Probably repeating self affirmations like " I is good, Is kind, I is important," or "the force is strong with this one" as examples. He then spends an hour with his kids giving life lessons where the kids probably roll their eyes and cant wait to go to school so they can have some peace. He then spends the remainder of the day at the fortress of solitude training against Pikachu so he can become a better entrepreneur in selling Cap. I thinks thats what he said anyway 🤷♂
