The owners of these machines can adjust the claw strength and win rate to what ever they want. This one looked near immpossible. The only reason he won is because the plushie got wedged in the claw.

It would have been better just to buy a south park plush tbh. This machine is rigged to hell and back. Claw machines USUALLY have a mechanism where the claw gets more and more "grippier" (it has more of a grab on things) the more you play, but this one doesn't seem to have it. And also this claw doesn't have little black grippers on the claw, since the claw is made of metal, the plushies slip easier because of the material the plushes are made out of. So this machine is 10000% rigged.
