Yes. The trade name may vary from country to country. But the chemical will be available everywhere, especially with MNC agro chemical companies.

+kketannsn In India 30 states have some 50 regional languages! However around 15 are prominent ones. We need to use their regional language to communicate to the farmer. Most of the farmers don't understand English! That is the beauty and difficulty of India!

Could be Japanese beetle. They are nocturnal and usually come out at night.
