I really appreciate the choice to include the designer in this video, as it brought necessary insight into a beautifully executed project. You tube is flush with to many boujie videos showcasing soulless, boxy products for disposable income. It's refreshing and dynamic to see the profile of a property that is inclusive of the of the artist/creators contribution to these projects.

Beautifully refined design and execution. This designer has actual taste. So many new high-end condos just look like a boring white boxes. I'd rather pay for something with a clear design vision that will constantly delight in the years to come.

Absolutely love the apartment. The thought that has gone into the design, is underrated, the subtly of the angles, the tones of the walls, cabinets, the lighting, is really really good. The powder room and bathroom are gorgeous also. I love the warm earthy tones and can tell Thomas does also. The whole white washing of a lot of apartments/homes make me sigh. I love that warm lighting is in the kitchen area also, it brings everything together.

The beauty of the lines and texture of this apartment is sexy cool. Not cold, the warmth of the floor and walls offsets the concrete and steel. I love this.💖 just stunning.

The body language and chemistry between the developer and Ryan seems a bit odd, looks like Ryan is a bit scared or uncomfortable with the seller.
@camnova3 жыл бұрын
All respect to the developer, but I think he has some body tics that contribute a bit to the to awkwardness. I think Ryan really shines when it's him 1:1 with the space. It's a stunning building though

UK: I thoroughly enjoyed the tour with the 2x specialists from differing fields. Each gave the other time & space to voice their views. I thought the design and layout were unpretentious; clean & a high-end finishes. The only part I would change would be the sofa in the living room, for something more palatial. A great apartment!!

Team Serhant tech, strange echo on Ryan's voice? Unless of course he has had a neural implant which makes him part cyborg, which I don't doubt at all. (it got better later in vid) What a killer building! I love Thomas's statement "just you and the sky, you and God" and I completely agree with his perspective on lower height views as opposed to cloud condos.

The couch in particular looks a bit dated and downmarket for the space probably because the staging is a bit off.

Ryan seems like he is regretting having the guy walk with him. Probs cuz the talking points are a bit different and not as high energy and fast as Ryan normally does. Different personalities I guess.

For that kind of money, the master bath has the most depressing of views (scaffolding, an obtrusive warehouse or commercial building, no sunlight) and would be a deal breaker. I would place a SkyFactory virtual window or periscope box over the window with multiple mirrors so that the reflected sky or a higher elevation can be viewed instead. Just sad!

Is it just me Ryan doesn’t listen as much to have like a more in-depth convo about the design but already thinking of what to say even before the designer is finished talking?
@NotRogan3 жыл бұрын
I think we're just seeing a normal conversational tension between two strong independent characters. I don't slight Ryan for anything in this video, personally, after so many properties I'm sure they start to blend together.
