Nice house. LED accent lights around the house and tray ceilings make this a little too Rican for me.

Ok the second house. I’m guessing location accounts for a large percentage of the price. It doesn’t give off the vibe of a 1.5 mil house. And how the heck do you clean that island? You gotta climb up on it to wipe it all down lol! Oh and my advice: never do glass on a pantry door. Too much pressure to keep it neat at all times lol! Great video! Thanks for a fun one!

$1.5 million with the same grey carpet and cheap wire closet shelves you find in homes costing $400K or less. No wonder that it has been reduced .

House number 1 …..the floors are beautiful, but look like they could be very slipper if they got wet. Not a fan of the LED throughout.

With high interest rates and people having problem getting home insurance I would guess prices will drop this year.

I am not a fan of the first house. The leds are awful. The windows aren’t even trimmed out. Maybe someone with an excess of money and a lack of taste will buy it lol. Btw I lived in a house with marble floors. Awful on the feet! I will never do that again.

I’d probably rip out the leds as well. I was just excited that it wasn’t a cookie cutter new build!
