I'm a white American and just blown away with these homes. I might do the reverse and find me a Nigerian woman so I can buy a home there. 😆 I make a good living but you're not getting something like that for $85k. And Ive never heard of the Boss Quaters before. Well, I guess its the same as our " Mother in Law Suite" as we might call it. Most of them are rooms above a garage. Why not central heat and air though instead of those single air units? So far I've only seen one tour with a main water heater. In our houses and apartments we have one water tank that heats the water. Downside is if you're running the dish machine( lazy American, ok 😆) and trying to ahower- cold shower. I'm not knocking anything it's just something I've noticed. It looks like a beautiful country. Oh 😆 The heating and air comment, I get that heat isn't needed much. I live in Orlando, Florida and I might use my heat a dozen times a year.

The difference between African houses and European houses is that, in Africa, people live in a full house, while in Europe people live in half or quarter of a house. When I came back to the London, UK to study, I was shocked by the size of houses people live in. Having lived in a grand estate in Africa all my life with multiple out buildings,, I thought everybody lives like that especially in Europe. Boy was I wrong!
