Personally, I prefer the staged home to the unfurnished. Seeing it staged helps my imagination work to develop my preference of color choices, shapes, lighting, art, fixtures, arrangements, brands, etc. An empty room can essentially do the same thing but, for me, an empty room doesn't have a "mood" I can feel; at least not in the same way as a professionally staged room (when done right). What I feel from that room, I compare and contrast with what I prefer and make adjustments until I know exactly what I'd want in a similar room. It's become my favorite game to play as I watch your videos.

That mansion is so beautiful! I love it all. I really love how big the back yard is. Plenty of room to put in a swing set for kids and play frisbee or football or some out door game.
