Such a Beautiful, Stunning 🏡 Darren. I love the 🌳 surrounding this home, I also think the kitchen is just the nicest one I've seen in Modern Farm house. The Color Contrast is just the right color chosen for this home. I think that backyard is just as stunning as the rest of the house is. This is a nice very homely home. Great Tour as Always. I'll be waiting for the next one. Oh btw that 🚗 Tour was Awesome. I've never seen such n' Area quite like it!! Another Area that doesn't feel like LA at all...I love the content as Always..Thank you!! ❤️

I grew up in HH. This is my old neighbor, who split the property 50/50 between house and horse area with riding ring, 4 stables and a hay loft. It's now a beautiful executive estate, with lots of room to entertain and have a Bocce Ball tournament.

Amazing formal living room, white Colored, lovely art frame. So much space is a dream. The kitchen is simply marvellous! Not to mention the white staircase...finally I can see a home with relaxing and spirit-mind-eyes healthy! Overal an astonishing home. Well done.

Beautiful but too “clinical” with all the white finishing and units. Kitchen reminds me of a laboratory. Also, I would utilise all that ground floor space with a dance studio, a library and of course, a recording studio 😍

Good video. Many good qualities to the house but farmstyle is a self inflicted wound in my book. I wonder if the two front rooms will ever be used but there is a sense of class to the space. No concealed door hinges though. They had one job. Strange to me that's not a must have for anything above 1 million let alone 15. That's a party foul.

We recently tried to watch your $14,900,000 house in Hidden Hills, which you described as a Modern Farmhouse. It is very apparent you didn’t do your homework and do a walkthrough before showing us this house. That’s why you had to keep correcting yourself and say such things as “the left little area of the house, well, not really a little area” and you could put 12 people around the dining table. It’s obvious that the ten chairs that were already there were very cramped. Then you opened and immediately closed a closet door without ever showing what was inside. For the powder room you said the finishes were very unique and went on to describe them. They definitely appeared quite costly and it was very unusual to have a separate water closet in a powder room. You summed up by saying it was a “pretty standard” powder room. How insulting to the builder and designer. This was all just in the first 4 minutes of the video. We declined to watch any further.
