It was long time since I was confused by a house. This house has incredible views for sure, but pool in front ? Honestly this pool feels like "they forgot abot it" and they put it on the first free space they found. The 2 sinks for vegetables ? C'mon man honestly, how much people living there gonna use that ? U have huge sink in the middle, I will not waste time to take off the top and wash my vegetables😎 And last is about the 3rd floor, cuz it looks to me like this is the "Fun" floor. But in the same time there 2 bedrooms and in the middle is the fun zone. If u want to have fun you don't want people to sleep close to that😁 I will give 7/10 to that house and the big plus goes to the views.

It is a rebuild of an older house. That is where the pool was originally. The place was actually used as a drug rehab center.

I guess you don't have money. People that would buy this house would have parties and hire chef's and caterers. THAT is who would use multiple prep sinks. Then they can be covered for counter space.
