Really loved this condo. Keep up the great showings of Arizona. Proud Native here and this is second time since owing my home that I've seen prices soar out of control. The cost of living is reasonable for people moving here from other states but not so much for the OG's. I have been blessed because God and my parents taught me well about the important things in life like investing and other specific goals . I paid my house off in full 5 years before I retired at the ripe old age of 58. Now I'm living in Chandler watching prices climb along with rude messy traffic. One thing about natives we know how to move about town using back roads and side streets. LOL!

Born and raised here, we live in a condo off of 44th st and camelback road in the Arcadia area. We bought it in 2015 for $112k and without doing any updates it can sell for $300k or rent for around $2000 per month. I see this happen every 10-15 years but my gut tells me with all of the development, all of the jobs, etc. moving here it is here to stay at these absolutely insane prices

Anything between seventh Street and seventh Avenue from about just south of Dunlap over the Canal down to about Camelback, you’re going to pay a ton of money. Bought a 2700 sq ft home in Gilbert, AZ. Our own pool, 5/3 two level home with vaulted ceiling. Built in 1995. Awesome neighborhood around a lake. We pay only $2700/month for our mortgage. Only $48 HOA. That condo has too many levels. The A/C unit cooling that third level has to be running all day long...

The bathroom right off the front room would be a deal-breaker for me. Usually, when you rent there is no HOA because the owner pays that. Not to mention this looks like a large complex that has rules and regulations when you sign the lease and if you don't follow them you will be evicted.

That area is where Steven Spielberg and Emma Stone lived. Arcadia is the most desirable area in Arizona for flippers etc. Flippers will just demolish the house and make a new house probably 2 stories. PV is really nice also and like BS stated in his other video Glendale has the most millionaires per cap or something along those lines. Just my 2 cents be safe y’all I may have mixed this video up with your last if so my bad

As far as the kitchen sink, I like the split kitchen sink. I know some people like the single big sink because there is more room in the sink, but I like the split sink.
