Housing affordability can definitely vary greatly by region. Northern Kentucky tends to allow more house for your dollar in the area.

@@northernkentuckyliving my experience is that it is dirty, and not very safe. Most of my experiences would be along 75 and 71 in the touristy areas, and In Cincinnati. I had to stay up there for work for a couple months. I cried every day. Lol. Not for me! I'm in central ky, so it's a very different vibe from what I am used to.

Damn 15k sq mansion on a literal estate for 3.8 is crazy. In my area 3.8 wouldn’t even buy half that on a good day, and it wouldn’t have a fraction of this much land. This would be like 25 million easily where I live.
