That's absolutely NONSENSE. "Made in China" Fake-goods are always made from sub-substandard materials and using of poor and low quality components and metals, often from salvaged/ recycled materials and parts. These Chinese Fake-goods are even be highly dangerous, if they are purchased for performing critical functions, such as brake-pads, or machinery parts, Electrical switches etc. etc. where such component failure without warning ..would result in critical situations.

Seriously, who cares if its a fake. I bought the real *hotdups* last year and frankly after inspecting it I wasnt THAT impressed with what I paid. And the prices go up every year. Is Chanel increasing quality on the bags? Whats the justification for the increase? Because its helps with the hype. Its a marketing scheme. The more scarce they can make it the more people want it. They are technically not fakes. They are secondary products made with left over materials which the factories permitted the workers to make and sell for pocket money, often using the same machines at the factories. Some finished items may have tiny defects, rejected for exports, given to the workers for resell markets

Don't you understand it's not actually 'counterfeit'? It's all made in the same factories and just sold there, not exported. They've got shelves of labels you can slap on anything. I once worked at a food processing/salad dressing manufacturer that made salad dressing for restaurants. With a slight week in ingredients we slapped a label on it and it became dressing for EastSideMarios.

Reckon you are rather lucky, the shopkeeper did not call the "thugs" , the protectors of the shopping mall to come after you, esp. the video-recordings. Fake-Goods Shopping Malls are mostly only patronize by foreigners, my STRONG ADVICE ... do not go there esp. presently these malls are no longer crowded and thus personal safety and security ...are of serious issue of concern. Best to AVOID !!!
