Nice home and great stuff but for me it is just way too neutral and feels like a showroom. I think overly curated and feels cold not like a home. That's just my opinion. I spent many years in design of commercial spaces like restaurants and offices and so I like the elements but there's not enough character. It's like you could put thousands of other people in that home and they could live there and so it does not feel unique enough. All the surfaces are slick. I think a home has to have some flaws just like people otherwise it becomes boring. Room to room the same vibe of extreme order and neutral. It's just very orderly. The idea of pillow here two books stacked here and all very staged. I get that it's a video promoting how the designer does other residences but many of the designers I ever worked with have much different personal homes than their clients. I think most of us fall into between what I'm seeing here.

If you could only have 1 tree in the front of the home, which would it be? We just bought in Eastchester and the landscaping is sooo 70's. Need to get rid of it all.

There is something wrong with this living - dining - kitchen space, and I think it‘s the floorplan, too many doors or walkthroughs, does‘nt feel comfortable to me in spite of the beautiful furniture and design choices.
