Origin is definitely blue collar worker focused, but as a teacher I appreciate the risk of delving into the white collar apparel space. I just recently had to buy a few new shirts for this school year that are not made in America and it didn't feel great. Polos and button-downs are a great idea. I would love to add a few VRSA and VRSA lite pants to my arsenal as well!

Make the button up shirts tails a bit longer for CCW folks; and definitely find a plaid that isn't "picnic tablecloth". The nanorip anorak and joggers are great!

I kid you not today I was looking at the origin website for collared and buttoned up shirts. I really appreciate all of the ingenuity and the techniques you employ in designing all of your products. That’s why I wondered if you have collared shirts. I was excited to see a potential shirt in the new plaid prototype. I am hoping it is available one day. Great video!!

Yes on the button down shirt, but make sure it's got a good fit in the sleeves, not too baggy. At least semi fitted to look good with the tapered jeans.

Short sleeve botton downs that are durable, soft, and have stretch in the chest/arms would be amazing. Something snug on the arms but not restrictive when you use said arms. I think having options that are basic in color/pattern but also having some fun patterns (like Hawaiian shirts but themed around the companys culture). Button downs are the king of hot weather concealed carry if you ask me.

YES!! 100% in for buttondowns and polos. Sometimes a t-shirt just cannot be worn. Certain aspects of some professions (even blue collar) require a level up. Polos and buttondowns would be awesome.

Button-downs, and possibly polo's are a "GO" for me. While I work in the fields, (farming), when I have to be in the office, or in meetings, a collared shirt from Origin would be great.

Definitely make polos and button downs Button downs in long sleeve also. Some of us work in an office and need more business casual options. I’d also love to see a chino pant option with slash pockets. The Moab doesn’t quite fit the bill for that with Jean style scooped pockets.

Looks like a lot of good stuff. I hope y’all have some hoodless options coming too. Would be great for the stealthwool, nova jacket, etc. IMO. I have a kilo hoodie and a stow jacket (pullover one) that I really like and a stealthwool that’s been ok but I’d really like to the able to layer them. The stealthwool is so baggy and the cuff around the bottom is so wide and floppy that it doesn’t fit under the bodyloc stow (both large) and the hood is way bigger on the kilo or wool than it is on the stow so layering is out. Was planning to pick up a nova vest or a kilo or heavy crew but it looks like those are off the lineup now. Looking forward to more stuff from y’all and I’ve got my fingers crossed for some hoodless stuff to really mature the outerwear lineup.

Definitely a fan of the polo and button downs. I work in an industry where I deal with people who wear jeans and t-shirts everyday in a warehouse, but my office role doesn't allow that. A polo and button down, paired with VRSA Lite pant or MOAB, would be great to wear. A good boardroom to warehouse all encompassing look for my role.

I love button up shirts, particularly western cut with pearl snaps. I like the option to open it up or close it up. Or half button. I like the option of rolling the sleeves up or having them down to keep bugs off. Keep the sun off my skin, etc. if my shoulders are sore and I need to take the shirt off, I don’t have his heart of a time off pearl snap buttons as I do taking a T-shirt off particularly if it’s wet and sticky with sweat and or water from whatever I’m doing, etc. There is also an argument for it being kind of a breakaway Where you are moving fast something snags on the shirt it’ll unbutton and then maybe become un snagged. I’ve never really experienced that myself, but I’ve heard the argument but can offer themselves as a light garment for a firearm. Something I do. And then there’s just the overall bad ass cowboy look. Maybe somebody likes it because their dad or grandpa dressed that way and it seems quintessential for them

I work as a prototype machinist and I am always looking for a good polo over a short sleeve button down because the polo is easier to tuck in. Which tucking in for me is important because I can’t have loose clothing that gets caught in the machine. Though I want a polo because it’s more professional than a t-shirt especially if I have to go from running a part to meeting a client.

Would love some polos! Also, the liner looked like fleece or the heavy hoodie material in the canvas jacket, but for cleanliness as I work in a cabinet shop, some fleece material, and most definitely sherpa cling to the wood shaving. If the inside of the jacket was completely quilted or at least the sleeves, that would help with putting on the jacket and keeping it clean on the inside.

Yes to button ups... very common in outdoors, like fishing, rifle sports, etc. And that cooling fabric would be money for polos... keeps you cooler in the summer doing any number of things, including sports like golf, tennis, and the office
