There's a whole new community there that's surrounded by nycha projects & low-income families with a median income or 38k 2021! I know because I lived in the area for many years! Ok folks 😂first you get off at 138 on the 6 train come up stairs were there's all those nycha housings projects and a Police precint then😂 you have to walk 15 min😂hope and pray you dont get stabbed and robbed even the cops dont do anything there scared 😂😂😂so good luck with that😂😂😂no no and hell naw😂😂😂Hard pass.
