Its a really nice house with a lot of potencial. I played in that house as a Kid when the Rosenbluth's owned it. Sorry to say it's Haunted. Before you spend and money to Renovate have it cleansed. We got scared in the parlor floor hallway and bedrooms on third floor many times just to let you know. But with faith and a lot of prayer you should be ok. Congratulations.
