What a great story! I liked all of it and loved seeing all of your guns (well, the ones you are letting us see!), but honestly what I liked the most was when you showed us your collectibles and shared those stories. I could tell that some of those had a special place in your heart as well. You know, it was seeing you on that Dude Perfect episode that introduced me to The Gould Brothers - I had to know more about those two guys!! I have so much enjoyed following you and Aaron. Keep up the good work! Blessings to you.

Appears to be missing: Vinci / Super Vinci, Fabarm L4S Sporting. I bet you would love the L4S Sporting. Coveting: difficult to say as it was hard to see everything you had there, but if you still have them the wood Cynergy or Montefeltro... but as shown, the Ethos Cordoba. Yes, involve Courtney. And, look at all that lovely ammo! Thanks for this. Just awesome to be able to dedicate your work to shooting. God is good. It would be great to get feedback on your experience with reliability and parts breakage of all the different guns you used. Problem areas, things to watch out for, spares parts for a given system that should be kept on hand, etc.

Thanks for showing us your gun room. I enjoyed hearing the stories behind your favorites. Glad to see the CVA scout .410. I am a huge fan of CVA Scouts. I have a scout pistol in 300 blackout to hunt deer here in Illinois. I also have scout rifles in 444 Marlin and 45-70 since next year we will finally be able to use single shot rifles to hunt deer. CVA scouts are accurate, strong, and have some great triggers. Keep making the great videos!

Love your videos Steve. Growing up in central Minnesota I got the chance to meet and watch Tom Knapp several times.have a few signed hats from him. I saved for two years while in high school to be able to buy a super black eagle 2 that I have to this day that as been an duck hunts with me all over the Midwest.
@Roblet2172 жыл бұрын
Tom Knapp also inspired me to start exhibition shooting back in 2008. I bought a Stoeger M2000 Satin walnut semi-auto, a couple cases of 12 GA and started practicing. I was picking up on it pretty well or so my friends thought. Back then I was in my early 20's I didn't make that much so I had to put it aside temporarily. Then in 2014 I lost my job and got sick and had to sell my Stoeger to help pay the bills. I put over 2,000 rounds through that M2000 it and it ran like a clock. I miss that gun and wish I could've kept it. After watching this I think to myself, what if I could've stuck with it? Maybe its not too late?

I also met Tom Knapp. It was at the 2007 annual NRA meeting in St. Louis. I went to Busch Wildlife and seen him shoot later that year and he signed the picture for me. Great guy that also inspired me but I never took it to your level of shooting. I practiced all summer hand throwing clays and flipping charcoal briquettes off my forend. The best I could do was 6 hand thrown clays because I didn't have a longer tube on my gun. Good times. If I could have any gun it would be the Ethos. That is a great looking gun that I would love to hunt with.

Thanks for sharing your collection and story Steve! You're an inspiration. My first shotgun was a Stevens 20ga model 58:) I shot many doves with that gun before it was retired. If I could have any of your guns it would be a SBE3 12ga:) I don't shoot my Benelli Vinci great and my new A300 Ultima is TBD (haven't shot it since getting it back from factory w/ trigger reset issues). Hoping you make it out to the Pacific Northwest for a show sometime...

Much respect what you and your brother do. It’s pretty sweet. Cool to see your “little” collection of firearms. Seeing that signed hat from Tom Knapp is really sweet. I can remember watching him when I was a lot younger on espn and other channels doing his trick shots. Glad to see you give much respects to the legends of shooting sports and recognizing them. Including Jerry. If it wasn’t for those guys, most people wouldn’t know the shooting sports we have today. Hope you and your brother keep on doing your thing. Really enjoy the videos. Hope to see you guys one day at an event. 🤘

I bought my ever first shotgun 5 yrs ago. A Remington 870 Express. Got into shooting clay with buddies and I love shooting them. Got into reloading for that gun a few yrs ago. I reloading everything but my passion is in buckshot and slugs. I love shooting slugs. For being in Minnesota I would like to try to hunt deer with shotgun. I am in a rifle zone so I haven't thought about it until now....

My first shogun was the westernfield, which is a mossberg 500 just made for Montgomery ward's. I'm sure you are to young to know that place, was given to me as a Xmas gift when I was about age 12 for hunting and this is nothing more then a 30in full choke barrel. I uses that gun for everything from squirrel to deer and when the gun went up the food went down. Like you I still have that gun fully operational, I have lost my parents but I'm sure God is watching. Never change always stay grounded and remember that you are lucky to have made it, try as we might some of us are not so lucky.

I would say you need more vintage firearms like an original Winchester 1897, some military surplus to go with the m1 And some actual original lever actions, the smoothness and feel of rifles like an original Winchester 92 are way above what any company makes today. I have a couple of original 1892s in 44/40 and they are my go to center fire guns because they have a fit, finish and feel that can’t be beat
