For such an expensive penthouse on the palm I was expecting big windows with loads of natural light pouring into the space and sweeping views from the living room and bedrooms, but I'm disappointed in the small windows throughout the property. Otherwise it's a huge beautiful space Big fan of poliform though! They always kill it with their closets and kitchens

I truly don't understand why people are buying houses on the palm. In the summer time the palm is horrible, humid, full with mosquitos, and not to forget the traffic and distance from this point till Marina is headache. Especially when there's a flood like 1.5 year ago, the entire Palm was closed and hours of traffic. The ambition of palm for a touristic destination is great, but their execution is very poor. They should have created 2 under water tunnel from the end of the palm to Marina to cut the traffic time. And for 60 million dirham you get a small swimming pool hahaha great :p
