I grew up in Buffalo NY back in the 80's and I never went to the Wonderbread factory. Hopefully the new owner brings that building back to life.

I got to go here a few times in 2019 while attending UB. Great building to explore with a lot of floorspace to cover. Certainly one of the easier buildings to get into as well, I just walked in through a door that was propped open.

Glad to see that you guys are wearing respirators. These buildings can have a lot of really chitty stuff in them like black mold and such. So many people exploring places don't wear masks even with huge amounts of black mold everywhere. Also, of course out in the Midwest US some of the rats can carry Hantavirus and such and all that you have to do is disturb the droppings and breathe in the virus and it has a pretty high death rate. We don't have to worry about that one as much here in the East.

pioneer yard in buffalo i switched out rail cars back in the 90's for conrail ,piles of rotted wheat and whatever all over the yard from this factory ,smelled like a hundred loaded pampers ,rats everywhere . fabulous buffalo new york bb!

The general public should have worn such respirators for "the most deadly virus in history" but the sheep chose to wrap an old tee-shirt around their face to grocery shop, because the television told them that was the thing to do...

Which doesn’t work because you can’t wear a respirator for more than a few hours. And…..because airborne viruses float in closed rooms for weeks. Only air exchange keeps you safe while indoors. “Like an airliner”.

I use to love my wonder bread toy 18 wheeler 🚛 truck with light when I was a kid they sold them at the stores and I begged and finally got one 🫶🏾
