A huge thank you to my partner Nick and the buyer of this mansion for allowing us to film this Las Vegas mansion tour! This work of luxury real estate has 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The mansion sits on 15,000 square feet, and that is not including the basement or the sport court! When you include those, the house is around 18,000 square feet!
This four-story mansion has an infinity edge pool, a triple island kitchen, a butler's kitchen, a bowling alley, gaming tables, a movie theatre, an elevator, a bunch of decks, a huge master closet, a gamer's lounge, a basketball court, a tennis court, and much more!
As some of you may know, I love Architectural Digest and anything related to real estate, so this was certainly a mansion tour we needed to bring to you all! Slight clickbait! Days before filming this, another house sold for more in Summerlin. So that makes this the most expensive sale in Henderson, NV for 2020 and second most expensive in Clark County. Nonetheless still a great accomplishment for my company Forever Home Realty and just an amazing home.

The size of this house is massive, but the interior design is what you’d find in your average decade old Aussie housing-development-McMansion. (Without the bowling alley, or the interior bball court.) But outside, the external elements are stunning.
