Living there would be a major pain to be honest. It would take forever to get up to your apartment. The building sways a ton when it’s that high up, you can’t use the terrace because it’s too windy at 1500 feet. I don’t think it will ever sell

No problem... Really loving heights is one of a persons favourite things in the whole world, especially in tall properties. Having stayed in a Pullman Hotel in the shape of a tall sail. The feeling of being so high has an atmosphere you can feel. This place is going to be something else especially it's soundproofing what better place to have your home. Stupidly expensive for a penthouse which is "experimentally exposed" to a variety of risks, never before faced, let alone solved, before, such as extreme weather conditions (very high or very low temperatures, ice formation on vertical surfaces, strong winds, distinct humidity levels at very high storeys, aircraft flying paths, safety measures for evacuation, limited access in and out of the penthouse in power outages, lack of easy access by the fire service and/or ambulances. Unless one is in desperate need to show off and lacking any other personal means to do that, there is really no meaning in paying a fortune for such property, which in my view may prove susceptible to acute value fluctuations.
