The roam has a distance to end, you can do the sums for an eta ☺ not sure how valid an eta is on the bike as the speeds are all over the place.

I like my Garmin Edge exlplore, the road names are a great help, have you tried the garmin route planner, gives you routing choice of Road, Gravel or mountain bike, now prefer it to Ride with GPS, because planned a long ride, never checked it properly, loaded up to garmin, and found out about 30% of route was totally unsuitable for road bike.

Iv got a degenerative deseased spine mate, iv not been out since 2 4th, going out tomorrow I'm in so much pain with my back, the longer I'm off it the worse it gets, on the hybrid tomorrow, carbon road bike is hanging on the spare room wall

Hope it all goes well for you Jon sounds painful just to read, I did think about collecting my hybrid for a more upright position. However, I will persevere with being on my Sonder, the position is less aggressive than being on my Cube.

Ever considered switching to a recumbent bike or trike? I recently underwent multi level cervical fusion and have tried the switch but due to poor circulation and hot foot had to give it up. May be different for you.

@@BikepackingAdventures just going for a ride will improve things, hybrid or road bike, I'm only using the hybrid because of the weather and I can do some gravel tracks on it, it's harder work on the hybrid so come spring the basso Road bike will feel like a missile 😂
