just to give you an idea of how expensive 340million actually is. If 800 people lived in that house paying $1,000 EACH for over 35 years, only then would they be able to afford it! The best part? This does not include the following, probably exorbitant, costs 1) Utilities - Water, gas, electric, etc... 2) Internet - You are going to need to place a crap ton of routers 3) Brokerage bill 4) Property taxes - EVERY YEAR btw 5) The number of beds required to sleep 800 people 5) cars - this is optional, but its very unlikely you will have a house of that magnitude with no expensive car And then some more for the all-glorious Misc.
