The $30k "entrance fee" would be divided on the stays in the years you are a member, the $9k yearly would be the "yearly" price. So The first year you could say the price per night is $3250. But the next year you only add $9k so you are up to $48000 divided by 24, or $2000 per night. And so it keeps going down...

I had to look up the whole "couples sleeping in a seperate bed" thing. Apparently, it's something about not being disturbed by other people while you sleep, even if it's your spouse, as sleep is "peace time" and sleeping alone make for better rest. Honestly, not that far fetched

Other than the poor selection of liquors, this is one of the best resort rooms I've seen, especially in the middle of the city. Only thing that beats this is the top suite at the Marina Bay Sands. Great job Alex. I was expecting Cdawg to be in the tub for some reason.

Hi, non-drinker here. What did you not approve of in the liquor selection, and what would you replace it with if you were in charge?
@skorpion101382
@skorpion101382 2 жыл бұрын
@@gailpoulin1505 What's up, as far a liquors I would put on considering the price of this suite: Yamazaki should be at least a 12yr. Cointreu I can live with, but I would add Grand Marnier, Benedictine, Ramazzotti, Vieux Pontarlier & Green Chartreuse for cocktails. 1800 tequila works well enough but it should be something like the Fuenteseca 7yr. Myer's Dark is the same, too cheap & generic for this suite, I would put on the Ron Zacapa XO. Bombay is quality, but I would use Tanqueray Rangpur considering the summer is coming and this has extra citrus when it was distilled. Campari can stay. Macallan 12 should be the 18yr and there should be other types of Scotch from different regions or styles. Also considering that Suntory owns a lot of Scottish distilleries, they should have more. In addition to the Mac 18, I would put on the Glen Garioch 12yr (Highlands), Glenkinchie 12yr (Lowlands), Lagavulin 21yr (Islay) & Compass Box Spice Tree Extravaganza (Blend). Makers Mark is also really generic and cheap, Rock Hill Farms Single Barrel Bourbon is great. I would add a Rye Whiskey: Whistlepig 10yr Straight Rye. I'm assuming the btl next the Makers is a Honkaku Shochu, if I can only add 1, I would put on on the Hyakunen no Kodoku (100yrs of Solitude) Mugi Shochu. I don't see a Brandy, but I would put on the Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac. Instead of some generic shit vodka, I would put a 2nd Shochu, Awamori to be more precise: Zuisen Hakuryu. Lastly, I would put the Angostura Bitters, Angostura Orange Bitters, Peychaud's Bitters & Carpano Antica sweet vermouth so I can make a bunch of cocktails like Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Sazerac, etc. Hope this helps, cheers!

I think the reason couples sleep in separate beds is because it increases the chances of better night sleep. There was a study over a decade ago where it was revealed that married couples who sleep in separate beds had a longer, healthier and happier marriage. There are some people who are a nightmare to share a bed with, for one reason or another.
