If there’s really no such torture inside the camp, just ask the Chinese government to open the camps all up, for reporters and ppl around the world to visit and take videos without any limitations. Australia showed what could happen when you make the CCP angry when they asked for an independent inquiry in to the origin of the corona virus. A lot of countries fear the potential economic sanctions China will make them face if they admit to the obvious. In the other hand you have economies, like the EU and USA, that are strong enough to stand up against China. If China sanctions an EU country for voicing its opinion about China then they sanctions the entire EU. It is a political game. The politicians in power may not declare it a genocide. But when every expert in the topic says it is a genocide. Then the words of a bunch of uneducated politicians doesn't say much. It is far more common for muslim countries to be part of the belt and road initiative. Which exists to increase the pressure on other countries around the world. Neither is this about muslims. It is an ethnic cleansing. It is about people with very different culture and languages to the mainland China. Any real nationalist should suggest that East Turkestan should be its own country. This idea frightens Xi Jinping. Which is why the government have moved so many Han Chinese people in to Xinjiang. To make it a Han Chinese region. This in it self is within the definition of genocide. But it got far far worse. Remember that China is not a nation. It is an ethnically diverse empire. If history has something to say then regional cultural diversity is to the detriment of any empire.

The speak differently, they live differently, the look differently and so on. They are very much not han Chinese. Nationalist ideas would suggest that these people should be allowed to form their own nation governed by people of the same ethnicity. China tries to stir up nationalism. But that also creates the threat of forming an independens movement. China is an empire containing multiple of different ethnicities. They have been moving up han Chinese to out populate the Uyghurs in Xinjiang. This is what they do to legitimize their rule. It goes under the definition of genocide.
