Video of Maxwell Berry howling while duct-taped to an airline seat went viral in August of 2021. Police say he groped the breasts and backsides of two female flight attendants, and is seen on video punching a male attendant. Flight attendants used seat-belt extenders and tape to keep him seated. Berry pled guilty to three counts of assault and the judge gave him 60 days in prison with one year of supervised release.

Some people still serving 20+ for weed related crimes, this Maxwell guy was a violent terror in a situation where no one has the option to remove themselves from the situation. he also sexually assaulted the other women. He should be treated like a terrorist and sex offender he is, not like a little boy in timeout. that's what that 60 days is like, a time out. Should def be banned from flights, and on a sex offender registry. I'm wondering if either women pressed charges for sexual assault.

I think it's quite possible that he really think that way. "I did nothing wrong. It was just a little touch, come on, have you got no sense of humor?" - maybe something along this line. Isn't it a safety hazard to tape someone to their seat? What if there is an emergency landing?

The damn audcaity of some people man. throwing hands is one thing... But throwing hands IN A PLANE? All that will do is disturb people on board who just wanna have a safe trip to their destination. Getting loose in the air is the last thing you wanna do.

This is completely unacceptable and I’m so sorry that this happened but also the fact that they duct taped him to the sear is hilarious

Wild how you can do all that and get found guilty and still not have to go to prison until later on in the future as long as you turn yourself in.
