This is a video I'll have to watch. Currently a Computer Engineering student with absolutely no management experience but I would like to be a PM.

cherie is so smart but have a feeling she would be hard to be friends with
@1aadam17 күн бұрын
I attribute it to Cherie’s upbringing and age probably. Cherie reminds of very type A, super high strung, high energy, overly ambitious kids in tech/business school. I think a lot of that goes away with age and when priorities shift to things other than just career, self-improvement, and societal issues i.e. she’ll get more “chill” with age. Don’t know Cherie’s upbringing but i get the sense she grew up with certain privileges. Not to say she didn’t have any struggles in life but feel like she doesn’t have that “edge” that comes with those from more diverse backgrounds/settings. A bit too vanilla, “basic”, and/or pretentious. Feels like there’s not much to her other than being a high-performing Asian girl who works in tech and went to business school 🤷🏽♂️. Wouldn’t be surprised if she’s into finance bros named Connor or Tyler.

@@1aadam What about her interactions makes you describe her in such a light? To me she seems quite amicable and as if she would be a ball of sunshine you want to be next to in your everyday life because so many people are lethargic. She seems so positive and I remember Jean/Cherie mentioning, Cherie is the bubbly person that might be easy to chat up if you are a stranger.

Another great video, couldn't agree more with Jean statement. If you are not moving your pieces someone else will move it for you.

that was an unplanned comment 👻

@@jeanqluo Although unplanned, it's very accurate given how constantly things are changing. I'm actually dealing with some of these challenges myself following an M&A transaction.
