People who didn't taste the true authentic hyderabadi haleem can never understand it's craze. It depends on from where you are getting it, and what type of haleem you like too.. Like some places have spicier, some have 'dry', some have less taste, then there's chicken haleem apart from other meat too and a few places sell veg haleem too. You can make it at home however you like in less proportions too. It's served in hyderbadi weddings and such events too. But the best one is definitely which we get in ramadan time, it just tastes different 🤤 and once u taste it you will keep coming back. It's my most favorite food dish just above hyderabadi biryani ofcourse.

For people, complaining about sanitation- I accept there are places which serve’s absolutely ridiculous food and with bad food safety but there are places which follows Hughes level food safety and pista house is one among them . Not every is bad come out of that stereotyping. The food bloggers also shows those bad places just for views nothing else.
