Yo, I work for Shack Shake in the US and i just want to point out two things. 1.) the fries that the US guy had were way underportioned. Should be at least double that. 2.) the grilled cheese sandwiches are not supposed to be that flat. Just a thing to keep to in mind about videos like these, sometimes chain restaurants aren't super consistent across every location whether it be geographical error, human error, or anything in-between.

Splitting the Hotdog works well when you're cooking with a hot griddle, as you can cook through the whole dog with only 1 flip and get them crispy on both sides. Plus with a decent bun it works well with holding toppings like caramelised onions or some grated cheese

Manhattan Shake Shacks have the Shackcago dog. Pre pandemic, all shake shacks had the Shackcago dog, but post pandemic, only the Manhattan Shake Shacks have it for some reason.
