Installing a CEUK double boot light kit to any car!

Any idea where I can find a Y splitter for a Citroen C3 (2016 onwards), I want to attach an LED strip to the boot because that stock light is about as bright as Boris Johnson.

Having the wires showing and LED panel stuck to the outside of the plastic housing looks aweful, i know its not the makers fault but there must be a better solution than this.
