Robot really knows his stuff. Unbelievable how simple stuff becomes when you have a guy with >60 reruns. Wouldn't try this at home, though.

Can the 150 be stroked as well as have its bore increased. I have seen some crankshafts with larger strokes can these be used?

I honestly was hoping it is an easier job as I am craving for more top speed from my LX 125, I guess when time comes I have to find a bike shop

At 1:31:32 - should have had Robot ride the the stock LX150 and the heavier dude ride the modded LX150.

Did you have to make any changes to the carbie settings? Or rejet?

All jets have to be increased. The main jet is 140.

Hi vespa et4 vespa 150cc engine that I have the 2004 motorspot rear wheel teeth was broken I bought a new one and I want to attach the wheel rim to the inside of the rim wheel starts shaking and not getting Squirrelly reason tell me thank you for your help

I have a 2009 LX150 I haven't start for six months and is leaking fuel after turning off no hoses leaks the fuel coming from a outside plastic part in the left side of the rear tire. . . . any suggestions ? Thanks

What's consider real high mileage for these engines ? How about 100,000km (60,000+ miles) ?

My father's 1966 Vespa Sprint 150 had odometer rolled over twice with one rebuilt; so you can expect over 100K if well maintained.

This is the TiForce exhaust, which is sadly not currently available in the US anymore.

Always wanted to do vespa restoration but here in tampa they think a old rust bucket that played out back in the weeds for 20 years is worth twice what a brand new one costs . Had a couple new ones on my shop floor that say for 5 years un bought couse everyone thinks a new scooter is only worth $5

How much bigger do you need to go on the jet?

Start from 160 then work your way down. Atleast if the jet is the wrong size. Itll be running rich instead of lean

Is this run smoothly when it start gear ???? Ex: in traffic jam road......... I am using Vespa S 150 2015, my moto not running smooth at all while in traffic jam road and first start gear. It start shake until speed 30km/h up...

Yes considering it's exactly the same bike just bigger cc. You can also with fuel injected 125 model use the 150cc injector to add more fuel

62 I think... yea best be vague..eh... nice work... love lambrettas my self..TS225...cassette cluyh. 32 delly.. DJ pipe. 20 47. drive through GP box. sip rims . Metzler rubber. 120 watt stator. RD Reed. and few other nice bits from. AF. MB. bgm sip etc...high 80s. never been into last 1/4 throttle yet..main jet 165

Imagine these Vespas with a round headlight and you pretty much have an LX 150.

True, I have a S150 my wife has an LX. Beyond the headlight, the gauge cluster, the seat, the trim on the front shield and fender is different, no glove box on the S and the S has a kick start. Cheers.

If you want to go faster just buy something with a more powerful engine it's easier cheaper longer lasting more reliable and much more pleasant to ride.

Very much the same step as the carburetor model, other than you plug in the fuel controller inline with the o2 sensor and fuel injector.
