Wiring the left handlebar switches, headlight and horn for the street legal KX100 dirt bike project. Unsatisfactory wire crimping and careless mistakes slowed us down a little, but we still made progress!

You guys freakin rock! I miss your random mini video series about a $20 generator or other basket case deals. It's fun seeing you tinker and troubleshoot. I learned so much about engines from your earlier videos and I didn't even feel like I was learning.

A new Jennies Garage!!! What to do? If I watch it now, then it will be watched. If I wait, then I won’t be watching it. My mind is reeling. Of course at 67 years old, perhaps I’ll just forget, then I can watch it again as new! Welcome back!!!!

Great to see you and Camera Girl back!!!! Love the interplay you two have while filming. Really sets you apart. The humour in the title hits me too. "In three month or less!" Given your rate of publishing..... this is funny. New garage?? New house?? Life good??

IWISS makes a combo set of ratchet crimps that can pretty much crimp everything. Its a one step process instead of two. I went on a glark rampage a year or so ago and bought them. You will swear in more languages and want to throw the whole set and the glarks thru at least one wall in the garage. But then a miraculous thing happens, it works. Something clicks and you get it. You won't understand and no youtube video shows it, it just starts working. Crimping becomes a joy after that, and just seeing this video makes me want to go break them out and find something to crimp.

I look forward to my own crimping nirvana.

Great video guys, I have the same connector kit and has changed my life! One recommendation, add a 3pin male/female between the loom and the headlight. It may occasionally need to come off. All the best.

Also, maybe grab some larger diameter heat shrink to cover the exposed spade connectors for the horn. That's an easy short

watch out for chafing.. and also btw, just a tip for you guys renovating or updating stuff electrical connections on vehicles; never solder connections on vibrating stuff, cus' after a while they will become brittle and break.. crimping is the way to go. just a handy tip.

When your channel went dark I thought you gave up on KZbin. I like the old Kawasaki in the background. My first bike was a 1976 Kawasak g4tr 100 I think it was called the Trail Boss. It was fun until someone broke into the garage and stole it (I still have the title for it) but that happened around 40 years ago.

Thanks for the new vid! (I'm kinda slow!) Been restoring bikes for 40 years now. Doing a ground up restore on a '74 XL250 I bought in '75. Twist yer wire and tin it and the crimp part of the connector. Crimp it, then solder the crimp. Then crimp the insulation part. (That keeps the insulation from melting) It'll never come loose. Works like a charm! Keep on wrenchin'! And make sure to include the camera operator! Y'all make magic together! See Ya!!
