I just got one 👍. But I read an article that the strut bar should not have henges on each side to really benefit the car?? I remember my Mustang with track pack came with a strut bar and there were no hinges just the bar. What do you think about this?

The strut tower bolts are torqued to yield and should be replaced, not re-used.

No, at least not in its current form. The M3s are made for the track so they have better handling out of the box.

Shouldn't these bolts be a little longer after installing the strut bar? Same as adding longer wheel bolts after adding spacers...

The length would probably negatively affect the strength, as it takes more torque to bend something that is less leveraged than something that is longer and more leveraged.

Stage 2 should put you at or right above 400whp

@@FQ1998 stage 2 is definitely fine to B58 engine as well as stage3. B58 is a reliable engine. It can maximum output 8-900 whp. so its nothing for 500whp.

Strutbar for what?! The car allready has one. Only additional weight for sporty look when you opened the hood😉

@@NoClutchGarage i agree. Can you tell me what exactly was the failure at your b58? I have the same engine running on wmi (90% ethanol 10% water) on one single bm7 nozzle. It pulls around 500hp i think. Hope that i dont get any serius issuis soon :P best regard from germany

So the issue I am seeing on these cars is that secondary fueling through charge pipe or throttle body spacer is inefficient as the fuel doesn’t atomize enough to cut freely through the intercooler and can cause uneven spray to each port.
