David Peck I have a HP Photosmart C6280 printer that used to work on an HP laptop with Windows 10 but after a SSD hard drive replacement, Windows 11 was installed and it no longer works. HP support appears to indicate that the only drivers available for this printer are diagnostic ones. Is this correct and does it mean the printer will not be able to work on windows 11?

Hello, I have an old HP Laserjet 5 printer that worked beautifully with the Windows Vista operating system and before that with Windows XP. Sadly my Vista machine died earlier this years as there were no updates available for a long while. I have an HP Smart Tank 610 series All-in-one. The printer software works fine, but the scanner driver does not work (anymore). Reinstalled everything, but unfortunately the same result. The HP Smart Tank 610 series scanner and the computer cannot connect to each other. That has been the case for several months now. Tried everything. Print and Scan Doctor does not offer a solution either. I suspect some Windows 10 update is the cause. Still, I hope HP can offer me a solution. I forgot to say that I'm using USB. My pc don't have an WIFI option.

Every time the printer goes into sleep mode and is woken up, I can't print from the network. Is there a common solution to this? Not as easy as it seem. Took a complete 1 hr to set up. Had to make an account, entre pin, postal code etc etc.. and then it all disappeared. Started the setup again , didn't got how to set up fax...! Skipped it and then finally got success.
