Installing And Testing A Evolution Powersports Sandblaster Big Turbo Kit On A 2018 RZR Turbo.

Today we head to the garage to install and test out a Evolution powersports big turbo upgrade on a turbo RZR. Install includes a intake install as well as how to modify the bracket to install the turbo kit. After the install we verify the gains from previous runs (refer to AA vs Evo vid) to the upgraded turbo setup with data from a Draggy unit. Previously we did a video on the injector and fuel pump installs as well as a video on just the headstuds (please refer to those videos if you need help with those steps).

How long did it take to do it this way? I have to replace my turbo and wondered if this is the better way to do it than removing the turbo and manifold as one unit

I have the same question, my turbo is leaking oil and I want to replace it, can I just replace it like you guys did?

Do you need the heat shield that goes under the intake box?

The sandblaster turbo was not that reliable they ended up, discontinuing it, and coming out with the dynamite turbo, which has been very reliable
