No, it does NOT turn on with the headlights, it uses its Own switch.

Nice viode! How is the LEDbar holding up? Does it bother you to have the LEDbar so low? How is the LEDbar holding up against stones?

Thanks! The bar is still like new, of course I have to wipe once every year or two. Other than that, it is still working like new. I have no issues with stones at all. Having low, does take away its brightness coverage area, so I would leave it higher if I can

Change out the headlight assembly man. It's not too hard and all it requires is for you to take off the bumper.

If you used a 24" you shouldn't need to cut up your car. I have 07 Camry and that's my plan same spot
