Now you know why they charge so much for installation. I just installed Jeld-Weld in same block construction, in my opinion they are a bit, and I emphasize a "bit" better than the American Craftsman. They are sloppily built, sealant on glass and frame, and sealant was on inside of one window, had to return that one. But as you said, "for the money" you get what you pay for. I installed Andersen windows in my NYC home and the cost was 4 times the amount. The finish and fit was beautiful, but you pay for it. Great video, good luck with your future home projects!

DO NOT REMOVE THE STICKERS FROM THE WINDOWS UNTIL AFTER THE INSPECTION IS COMPLETE. The inspector will fail your inspection of you remove them and put them on a piece of paper.

You need to caulk the mull bar before installing the mull cover on top to prevent water from leaking through there and entering your house

I am not sure if my American Windows are windows are leaking from the mull bar or from the bottom

You can remove the full opening latch easily. Just toggle it side side. It comes just right off

Just a lip that borders the window. Only windows for a block wall have that. The stucco was alittle uneven there and didn't want to chip out the stucco.
