I don't know anyone who actually enjoys working with insulation. It sure pays off in the long run.

I'm sure there is someone out there who enjoys it. It takes all kinds to make the world go round. Thanks for watching as always. Yes, the insulation always pays off in the long run.

Thanks for following along with the ranch build as always. The shipping company shipped it to the wrong address, so it's still gonna be a little while for the tracks.

Didn't expect to see you here. It's very nice to see familiar people. In my personal opinion - the track should be ordered at home. In the desert, delivery takes a lot of time and money.

@alexwoods2836 Thanks for following along with the project as always. The tracks are being shipped to El Paso, so logistically, it's no better than to ship it to houston. I did think about trying to get the machine home to deal with it there, but I have no way to get the machine back home without the track on it. I would have to make another trip back out to the ranch to put the track on to bring the machine back home. Which would cost me an additional six hundred dollars in fuel and two days of travel.

@@TimelineRanch I assumed that on one track she would drive into a trailer. Raise the other side with an arrow and slowly roll it in. But the order is already on its way, there will be new shoes )))

@alexwoods2836 It wouldn't work that way with this type of trailer. If I had a flat deck trailer, it would be possible. The boom has to be to the side of the machine to lift the weight. If not, it just drags it, and you wouldn't be able to make it into the trailer without a winch. The tracks came in a few days later, and I was able to get a good bit of equipment work done that trip. So it all worked out in the end. Now I have a spare track out at the ranch, so I won't have that issue again.

No one but Simon will ever be able to figure out any of this. Simon is a Genius. I am just gonna use Wood Stove / Stock Pots / Bucket Showers ...... 🤣😂

Lol, thanks for the compliment and watching, of course. I don't know about genius. I just like a good challenge and don't mind giving it a go.

Thanks for watching the project. A little bit closer to putting fossilize limestone on the wall.

The ranch house will be almost as tight as a Thermos! Bummer - you did the worst job then you had to move on to gyp bard because the tracks were delayed That's like punishment for good use of your time 😀 If you put up gutter around the lower roof - you could get several drops that would water specimen trees [maybe for shade?] around your Casita. I hope your tracks did show up eventually!

Thanks for following along with the project as always. The tracks did come in the following week, and I was able to get some more equipment work done. The house will be very well insulated when I get it all done, but it will probably be a few years still. My main focus is the pond and road for now.

Yeah, I do not like messing with Insulation. It gets everywhere, and you always feel it stab you somewhere hours after working with it.

That pretty much sums it up. Thanks for following along with the ranch build as always.

How long before you retire and can live there full time? You look pretty young for retiring. I bet you look forward to it.

Good question. Well, worst case scenario 2038, when I hit 62. I believe I will get to work at the ranch full-time in a few years. That will depend on how good the KZbin channel grows, which will open other opportunities to afford to be able to make the move. Yes, I enjoy every minute at the ranch that I get to be there.
