the little spring in the side of the horn button is the earthing point, once its inside the wheel and everything is mounted up it should earth just fine

You need a ground wire and ground it on one of the bolts on the hub. Notice there is another tab on the horn button? Make a ground wire that connects to the other one. I hope that helps!

Is the horn button touching any metal on the hub? Usually the wire is positive and a part of the horn button that touches the hub is the negative/earth as the horn earths out through the steering column.

Nardi wheels and momo wheels have different bolt patterns
