THANK U for pointing out direction of rotor. I still don't understand philosophy of it. 🤔

The rotors have vanes in the middle that pump air out, so must go a certain direction so they work properly. If backwards, the rotor wont cool properly as designed. As for the drilled and slotted pattern, that is just how they do the direction, and doesn't;t always match the directions it needs to go for the vanes inside. Always best to refer to the instructions of whoever manufacturers the rotor, for proper direction (if applicable).
