Every mod I try to decide if I want to do on my 72 I search youtube and you already have a video up for me, thanks!

Hi Jeff. Thank you so much for watching and sharing the compliment. That means a lot and we appreciate it. I'm glad we're working the same path on our 72's. We specifically make some of these because there isn't anything out there on them or it's just not as complete as we think it should be. When I struggle to find information before I purchase something, I want to ensure I help others avoid the same frustration. So what all are you doing with your '72?

The small sigh you let out when you were hammering the crossmember out... I felt that. Nice upgrade for sure the new one looks a lot stronger than the factory one.

Lol. I felt all of that episode during and after. 🤣. Thanks for watching and sharing!

Beautiful replacement. Looks like it was quite the effort to get the old one out but well worth it I'm sure.

Must be something in the water...my air hammer saved my ass yesterday with removing the Pittman arm on the 62. Was too tight to get a puller in the space so we hammered on it as best we could and got it. That crossmember is a good looking piece!

LOL. That's awesome. What air hammer do you have? That's great, yours was a savior. I feel the same way after working hard with my cheap one and then seeing the difference with the bigger one. Thanks for watching brother!

@SpiritedWrenchers the one I have is identical to your small one, probably need that upgrade myself.🤣

Next time you take off the rivets try a sawzaw if the grinder can’t get to the head. Air hammering is brutal. Once again good job thanks for the vid. 👍

Hi SoCal. Thanks for watching and the kind words. We appreciate it. Yeap, you're right. Sawzall would have worked as well. I actually debated which tool I wanted to by. Figured I would likely used the hammer and bits more than I would the saw so I went in that direction instead. Now I would just torch them off. Lol. Thankfully I believe I'm done with them.

Why did you not cut an X in the rivet head first? It would have made it much easier.

Hi AbstractDreamz. Thank you for watching and sharing. We really appreciate it. That's a fantastic question, and you know what? I don't know why. 🤣🤣. Sometimes, I completely skip over ways to make the job easier and just go with the hardest, most difficult way to do it. Hahahahahha. Now I just have to slap my head for not thinking of that. Thanks for that. If I have to battle with a rivet again and can get the cutoff wheel to it, I'll definitely do that. Cheers!
