I just bought one of these skid steers tonight. I have been binge watching all your videos trying to figure out what I might come up against. Thank you so much for making them - you've demystified my new toy! Mine is missing the radiator and oil cooler. I found an inexpensive radiator, but that oil cooler is like $1000. Gonna have to rig something up.

I recently saw on 🧔book marketplace someone parting out a couple of 1845's, you might want to search on there, they might have what you need. 👍
@Kettenhund756 ай бұрын
@DurtyMaxDee I can only search on marketplace within a 250 mile radius. Must be outside that - I don't see any.

@Kettenhund75 I don't see the ad that I saw but I believe this is the guy who did have the ad facebook.com/marketplace/item/221341710968494/?mibextid=dXMIcH Not saying he has what you need but he might. I don't know who he is but he seems to have high marks on marketplace.

See thanks for the videos on the 1845 I’ve got the same rig mine was lurching real bad and fixed with new roll pins in the linkages on the hydro pumps and new shocks. I’ve been running it for a couple of years now and just developed the same pump leak. I found it a lot easier to access the pumps from underneath the skid. Great videos !

Yeah that slop in the control surely made things exciting 😉 I don't remember if I mentioned it in the video but I originally thought to go from the bottom but the previous owner must've decided that welding the skid plate in was a good idea 😕 I did cut it loose after I removed the pumps which reminds me I need to put 2 more bolts in it 👍 Are you saying you ran it a few years with sloppy controls or you fixed it a few years ago?

Nice video! The swedge plate o-rings are going on mine so its time to do the same. I am curious if you had to raise your loader arms to get the fenders and rops off?
@DurtyMaxDee Жыл бұрын
Thanks 😊. IIRC, the fenders and inner panels were removed after the rops was removed. I didn't film the removal but I did film putting the rops back on. Link below kzbin.info/www/bejne/ql7MZ6qQbNWneMUsi=hR22RDwA-HcaaUl2

Hello there. A couple of questions please. Does one punp feed the left side and the other pump feed the right side? So, does the small front punp feed the bucket rams?
@DurtyMaxDee Жыл бұрын
Yes, you are exactly correct.

I heard that skid steer usually has 3 hydraulic pumps. 2 for driving, 1 for arms lifting. Is it right? Are there any skid steer loader (maybe mini size) has only one hydraulic pump?
@DurtyMaxDee2 жыл бұрын
I believe you are correct, I'm not aware of any with only one pump

I've found a heim joint at Deronne hardware oddly enough and is installed on the machine, they also had the hoses, well, hoses that fit... for now...

Hello, I buy case 1835b unfortunately there is missing complete hydraulics, hydromotor, hydro drive L, R watching your video,how you fix it and I would like to ask if you would write me the type, number I should buy, or who would have one for sale. Thanks

I'm sorry to say you're looking at a lot of money to replace all those pieces. I would start at the link below, get all the part numbers you'll need and then search for good used parts. Good luck. www.messicks.com/commoncatalog?vendor=cas&modelId=140781
