Installing The NINEO LED Light Kit With Brake Light Feature On My 2021 CanAm Ryker 900

What’s up everybody. In todays video, I will be installing a set of Nineo 8ct LED Motorcycle lights on my 2021 CanAm Ryker 900. This is a very nice, high quality, LED light kit that is only around $40 or so. What’s even better is that they are controlled by a keychain style remote and also has a safety brake light feature that turns all lights red when applying the brakes.

Question, for states that don't allow underneath lights on while driving. Is there a mode for these lights that allow you to have the module on (no lights on though), but WILL light up red when you activate brake? Thanks for video

With these lights, the red brake light feature works all the time even if you don’t turn the lights on. You have to use a remote to turn the lights on for the other colors to work but the brake light feature works no matter what.

@@DieselLegiance idk if you can..I bought glowlights for the wheels and i just got it cause it said it for atvs,UTvs,Cars.etc but i never seen a atv250cc. Im trying to modified it in Mexico.I took all the stuff from Chicago.So now that i go back im trying to install the lights.I was just wondering cause i havent seen one here on youtube.

You connected the red wire to the accessory fuse, but you said that later you would modify it and set it up in a different way. What solution did you end up doing for that red wire connected to the accessory fuse?

There is an accessory adapter I bought through sling mods for $13. I have to go and connect the brake light wire now but that accessory adapter worked wonderfully.

Are these still working? I purchased after your video and after a few hours only the brake light setting work. I’m going to trouble shoot tomorrow and hopefully they start back working.

Mine had zero issues. Maybe there is a short or loose connection. Sometimes you might want to disconnect the power and reconnect to reset the module.

I tried the wire tap for the brake and did not work 2022 rally 900 Any suggestions?

As long as the power wire of the lights are connected to the battery positive terminal or a keyed power wire, the negative is grounded properly, and brake wire is tapped into an actual brake wire, it should work. Test your connections. Any slight error can cause the lights not work.

Keep blowing fuse Should I hook to accessories🤦🏿???

There must be a bad connection, short, or bare wire exposed as it’s not normal to keep blowing fuses. Double check your wires positive and ground. You then can try an accessory power and/or add a kill switch.
