INSTANT GREEN CHUTNEY

PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOKING TIME: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
FOR INSTANT GREEN CHUTNEY:
* ½ Cup Coriander leaves
* ½ Cup Mint leaves
* 4 Nos Green chilli
* 2 Inch Ginger
* 8-10 Nos Curry leaves
* 1 Tsp Asafoetida
* 1 Tbsp Black salt
* 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
* 1 Tsp Chat Masala
* 1 Tsp Aamchur Powder
* ½ Cup Dalia (roasted chana dal)
* ½ Nos Lemon Juice
FOR SERVING:
* Prepared instant green chutney premix
* Water as required
* Thepla
* Prepared green chutney
* Processed Cheese (grated)
METHOD:
FOR INSTANT GREEN CHUTNEY:
* Take a mixi jar, and add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, ginger, curry leaves, asafoetida, black salt, cumin powder, chat masala, Aamchur powder, dalia, lemon juice and grind it coarsely and then cool it down properly and then fill it in a jar and you can store it in two weeks in room temperature and also store it into the refrigerator for a month.
FOR SERVING:
* Take prepared instant green chutney premix and add water and mix it well.
* Take thepla and spread green chutney, cheese, and roll it and enjoy.
* Also you can enjoy this instant green chutney with paratha or bhakhri.
